Your Impact:

We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across our cybersecurity platform. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Security, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, and Support to deliver strategic programs that improve product quality, accelerate releases, and enable customers to adopt our platform with confidence.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and have a proven track record of leading large-scale technical programs from concept through delivery.

Technical Program Leadership

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering organizations from planning through successful delivery.

  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives across cloud, platform, security, infrastructure, and customer-facing product teams.

  • Establish program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.

  • Develop and maintain reporting to provide regular program status updates.

Product Release Management

  • Own end-to-end release management for multiple product lines.

  • Coordinate release readiness activities across Engineering, Product Management, QA, Cloud Operations, Documentation and Customer Support

  • Drive release planning, Go/No-Go decisions, deployment readiness, and post-release reviews.

  • Improve release predictability through automation, metrics, and standardized processes.

Cross-functional Execution

  • Partner with product, engineering and cross functional leaders to identify risks, remove blockers, and drive timely execution.

  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies across distributed engineering organizations.

  • Lead technical discussions and facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.

Operational Excellence

  • Define and improve program management best practices across the organization.

  • Build dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and portfolio health metrics.

  • Develop process improvements, automate workflows and develop tools for PMO efficiencies

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering efficiency, release quality, and operational scalability.

Customer & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead strategic customer commitments and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives.

  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to prioritize customer-driven programs.

  • Coordinate large-scale initiatives involving SaaS migrations, platform modernization, and customer enablement.

Your Toolkit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field.

  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in enterprise software, cloud, networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.

  • Experience leading large cross-functional engineering programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Cloud Operations, and Customer Success.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and release management.

  • Experience managing complex technical dependencies across multiple engineering organizations.

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Claude, Copilot or similar tools.

  • Experience with workflow automation and agent/tools building using AI and/or industry standard tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, or microservices.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

  • Experience driving SaaS releases and cloud deployments.

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
