Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Pay: $40–$44/hr, plus shift differential when applicable
Shift Openings Within Skilled Nursing:
- 3-11 PM (Evenings), 32‑hours per week with a $3 shift differential
- 7 AM - 3 PM (Days)
- Per diem

Primary Responsibilities:
• Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
• Administers direct care as necessary.
• Administer prescribed medications to patients.
• Make rounds to ensure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
• Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents' condition.
• Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation of all care rendered.
• Responds to resident emergency call system.
• Encourages restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Assures proper functioning of equipment and adequate supplies.
• Shares on-call duties with designated staff.
Qualifications:
• Valid state, multi-state or compact RN license in good standing. Must have current CPR certification.
• Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields.
Experience in a long-term care setting a plus.
Ability to build rapport with patients.
Compassionate and caring demeanor.
