Position description:

The Manager - Retail Excellence is responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class retail operations model across the network. The role owns customer experience, operational excellence, store profitability, capability development, analytics, retail marketing, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure every retail center consistently delivers exceptional customer experience while achieving strong unit economics.

This role works closely with Revenue Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Product, Finance, and City Leadership teams to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Drive retail operations, customer experience, and service quality across stores.
    • Monitor store hygiene, infrastructure, and operational compliance.
    • Manage retail dashboards, scorecards, incentives, and performance analytics.
    • Lead retail branding, Google Business Profile, and hyperlocal marketing initiatives.
    • Build E-Medic capability through training, certification, coaching, and career development.
    • Ensure timely maintenance, standardization, and cost optimization of store infrastructure.
    • Drive adoption of new products, processes, and operational rollouts.

    Key Deliverables

    • Superior customer experience and operational excellence.
    • Strong E-Medic capability and certification framework.
    • Consistent branding and enhanced local visibility.
    • Data-driven retail performance and continuous productivity improvement.

    Key KPIs

    • Customer Experience: NPS, Google Ratings, VOC, Grooming Compliance, On-time Performance.
    • Operations: Store Audit Scores, Infrastructure SLA, Retail Scorecards.
    • Capability: Training & Certification, E-Medic Productivity, Internal Promotions.
    • Marketing: GMB Rankings, Hyperlocal Campaign ROI, Store Visibility.


    Required Skills:


    • 8–12+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Customer Experience, Business Excellence, or Multi-Unit Operations.
    • • Experience managing OCCs across multiple cities.
    • • Strong understanding of retail operations, service quality, and customer experience.
    • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in business dashboards and KPIs.
    • • Experience in training, capability development, and performance management.
    • • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
