This is an Executive Director position within the RV2 team with senior individual contributor and product lead responsibilities.Morgan Stanley is an industry leader in financial services, known for mobilizing capital to help governments, corporations, institutions, and individuals around the world achieve their financial goals.What you will do in the role:You will be in constant communication with all stakeholders to shape the future direction of the product. You will personally contribute to the development of the product. You will manage the team’s delivery. You will coordinate with the rest of the Equity Risk Systems department and the ongoing renovation projects to ensure that the platform goals are met. What you will bring to the role:Ability to foster productive relationships with a global trading desk. Ability to lead the team through engineering challenges. Understanding of equity derivatives trading business Understanding of the dynamics of enterprise systems Experience in dealing with complicated and conflicting requirements and scheduling and reconciling them.
