As a Cybersecurity Service Management Leader-Senior Manager-Cyber Managed Services - Consult, you will lead the charge in managing cybersecurity incidents and driving strategic initiatives within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk network. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional knowledge to guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You will be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of our Cybersecurity Incident Management efforts, working within our Managed Services practice. You will have the opportunity to craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Responsibilities
- Leading cybersecurity incident management and response efforts to mitigate threats effectively
- Developing and implementing strategic cybersecurity frameworks and governance models
- Managing cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability management processes
- Overseeing the operation of Security Operations Center (SOC) to enhance threat detection capabilities
- Conducting forensic investigations and digital forensics to analyze security incidents
- Collaborating with network security teams to strengthen firewall and network infrastructure defenses
- Guiding teams in the creation and execution of cybersecurity strategies and threat intelligence initiatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address cybersecurity challenges and deliver service excellence
- Promoting the adoption of innovative cybersecurity technologies and practices across managed services
- Validating security architecture and incident response plans to confirm compliance and operational effectiveness
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to incident response and cyber defense, including GIAC (eg., GCFA, GCIA, GCIH) or equivalent incident response credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in cybersecurity threat mitigation and incident management
- Utilizing cybersecurity frameworks and governance to enhance security operations
- Leading strategic cybersecurity initiatives within managed services environments
- Excelling in digital forensics and network forensics for incident response
- Developing and implementing cybersecurity risk management strategies
