Our team members are our most important asset. We are in search of a Control Wiring Technician, for our Arlington, TX facility. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives and is an important part of Trystar’s plan to become the world’s foremost custom solution provider.
Under the direction of the Shop Manager, the Control Wiring Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of control wiring systems used in various industrial and commercial applications. This role typically involves working with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems for machinery and equipment.

In this role you will get to:
- Install and assemble control wiring systems according to specifications and electrical schematics.
- Ensure all wiring is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Help in the set-up and layout of new shop space
- Help maintain stock and consumable materials
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on control wiring systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Update wiring diagrams and schematics as necessary
- Work closely with engineers and other technicians to design and implement control systems for new projects
- Work with QA/QC Technicians to tests on control wiring systems to verify functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Work closely with Controls Foreman to build and pick BOMS (bill of materials)
- Help maintain clean shop, yard and storage areas
- Use past knowledge and experience to assist in implementation of new policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Install and assemble control wiring systems according to specifications and electrical schematics.
- Ensure all wiring is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- Help maintain stock and consumable materials
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on control wiring systems to ensure optimal performance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Electrical Technician or Technologist or Electrician
- Electrical or Controls Engineer
- Equivalent experience and qualification can be considered as well
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
