JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to drive sustainable and profitable growth by advancing the Net Revenue Management agenda across the Home Care business, turning commercial insights into strategic actions that optimize pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investments. The role enables data-driven decision-making, strengthens revenue realization, and identifies opportunities to unlock value through effective collaboration across functions and with external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the Net Revenue Management agenda across key levers, including Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Promotion Management, Mix Management, and Trade Terms
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through pricing, portfolio, and market analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Develop and monitor pricing and net revenue realization initiatives to support profitable business growth
  • Manage promotional guidelines and evaluate promotional effectiveness to optimize commercial investments
  • Lead revenue management projects with internal and external stakeholders, including pricing and elasticity studies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and global NRM teams to drive alignment and execution of revenue growth strategies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or a related commercial function within an FMCG environment, with demonstrated business impact
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with solid commercial acumen and experience working with multiple data sources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations
  • Fluency in both English and Polish
  • Proven ability to manage projects, engage stakeholders across functions, and drive initiatives independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working within Home Care/Personal Care categories
  • Familiarity with AI-powered, reporting, and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, VBA)
