You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project execution and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, driving excellence and collaboration in line with Jedox's values.Lead project delivery: Manage the implementation of Jedox projects for key accounts, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time.Coordinate stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams (including R&D) and executive stakeholders to foster strong collaboration across our #OneTeam environment.Manage project lifecycle: Oversee all phases of the project, from gathering requirements and planning to execution, monitoring and delivery.Ensure quality and compliance: Ensure quality delivery by maintaining clear project documentation and aligning with Jedox standardsDrive timelines and resources: Organise resources effectively. Keep track of scope.Identify and mitigate risks: Ensure delivery excellence by proactively detecting project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.Track and communicate progress: Monitor milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive management.Support continuous improvement: Improve Jedox products and services by providing feedback from customer projects, thereby contributing to innovation and impactful results.Provide backup support: Support additional project initiatives as required within your area of expertiseYour Profile5+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management, ideally in complex environments as well as 8+ years of professional experience within the IT consulting industryA Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is expected, with a Master’s degree seen as an added benefitProven track record in successfully delivering finance transformation projects (CPM/EPM, ERP, BI)Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams as well as project resources, budgets, and scope effectivelySolid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks; certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) are a plusConfident when engaging with both senior stakeholders and operational teams, with the ability to adjust communication style depending on the audienceStrong customer orientation with a focus on delivering measurable project outcomesHighly self-driven, structured, and able to operate independently in fast-paced environmentsFluency in German and business-fluent English, enabling effective communication with both local and international stakeholdersTransparency Note: Use of Artificial IntelligenceAs a tech-driven company, Jedox uses modern technologies — including AI — to continuously improve our processes.In recruiting, AI may support us in screening and structuring applications.
