SALES & ORDER COORDINATOR / SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Role responsibilities

The Sales & Order Coordinator manages the end-to-end order fulfillment process for North American customers, including procurement, invoicing, and shipping documentation. They also serve as a key liaison between the U.S. sales team and the China headquarters to ensure stock replenishment and operational alignment.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills, along with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in customer service, international trade, or logistics, and proficiency with ERP systems.
