We are looking for a high-ownership Accountant to support financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and MIS in a dynamic, evolving environment.This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on consolidation experience and strong working knowledge of NetSuite.Key ResponsibilitiesMonthly Reporting & MISPrepare monthly management reports including consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flowDeliver structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals, country-wise and product-wise performance)Support preparation of investor and leadership reporting packsTrack key business metrics relevant to EOR operations (headcount, payroll cost, FX impact, margins) Multi-Entity ConsolidationAssist in consolidation of multiple subsidiaries across geographiesSupport FX revaluation and FCTR impact analysisCoordinate with local accounting teams for reporting alignmentSchedule Preparation & ControlsPrepare and maintain detailed balance sheet schedulesSupport statutory audit and investor due diligence requirementsStrengthen financial controls in a scaling environmentNetSuite & Process OptimizationWork extensively on NetSuite for reporting and consolidationGenerate saved searches and structured reportsIdentify automation opportunities to reduce manual interventionSupport system-driven consolidation and reporting improvementsRequired QualificationsChartered Accountant 3–5 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or consolidationStrong understanding of financial statements and consolidation principlesHands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred)Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, structured analysis)Experience handling multi-currency environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetWhat We Are Looking ForHigh ownership mindset — ability to independently drive reporting cyclesStructured thinker who can bring clarity to complexityStrong analytical capability to interpret numbers, not just prepare themComfortable working in a fast-evolving environmentAbility to collaborate across geographiesApply for this positionMade with
