JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to translate Home Care business and category strategy into winning customer-centric execution across key Polish retail channels, turning insights into action, building data-driven plans, and ensuring operational excellence that enables our Home Care brands to grow faster than the market. The role drives commercial performance through customer planning, promotional excellence, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Shopper & Customer Strategy execution across assigned channels, translating category and business priorities into customer-specific growth plans
- Build and manage annual customer activation and visibility plans to support sales, volume, and profitability targets
- Own promotional planning and execution, ensuring alignment with customer, category, and business objectives
- Analyze promotional, customer, and channel performance, providing data-driven recommendations to improve commercial results
- Delivering customer and channel business reviews, identifying opportunities, risks, and actionable next steps
- Drive forecasting and promotional volume planning in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Partner with Marketing, Category Management, and Sales teams to execute innovation launches and deliver best-in-class customer plans
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Strategy & Planning, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Planning, or a similar FMCG role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations and actions
- Fluency in Polish and advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level)Good understanding of FMCG retail environments, promotional planning, and commercial performance drivers
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with fluent Polish and English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with Nielsen data, retail analytics, or category performance tools
- Previous experience in Home Care, Personal Care, or other FMCG categories
- Knowledge of Net Revenue Management (NRM), pricing, and promotional effectiveness principles
