Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour

- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, controlled areas, parking locations, and perimeter boundaries to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
- Carry and maintain assigned duty equipment, including firearms, in accordance with applicable laws, training, company policy, and site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
