Job's mission

As our Data Provisioning Lead, you will play a key role in turning business demand into trusted, secure, reusable, and high-quality data products. You will connect business stakeholders, data governance, architecture, engineering, and technology teams so data products can move from idea to delivery with clarity, ownership, and purpose.

In this role, you will help ensure that data products are delivered in a timely, compliant, and high-quality way. By coordinating priorities, dependencies, governance readiness, and delivery plans, you will help ASM strengthen how data is used across the organization and enable better decisions for the future.

What you will be working on

  • Capture, assess, and prioritize data product requests and data provisioning demand based on business value, strategic alignment, delivery feasibility, and available capacity.
  • Facilitate demand intake discussions with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, scope, priorities, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into clear data product requirements that support effective planning and delivery.
  • Act as a central coordination point between data consumers, data providers, governance teams, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making, communication, risk management, and escalation management throughout the data product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end provisioning and delivery of data products from intake through production deployment.
  • Ensure dependencies, governance requirements, standards, ownership, and readiness criteria are clear before engineering activities begin.
  • Manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, timelines, resource planning, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Support portfolio planning by forecasting demand, highlighting capacity constraints, and providing input for prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and engineering teams to support governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate readiness reviews and quality validation activities to ensure data products are fit for production and business use.
  • Support operational readiness, incident management, and change coordination for business-critical data products.
  • Drive continuous improvement by using delivery learnings, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to improve how data products are delivered

What we are looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in data management, data product management, data governance, data delivery, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams.
  • Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple teams, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and data product lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear delivery objectives and actionable plans.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build alignment, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving

 

What sets you apart

  • Experience working with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL or ELT processes.
  • Familiarity with data architecture principles, metadata management, data lineage, and medallion architecture.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale data product portfolios or data transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance practices.
  • Experience coordinating governance reviews, delivery readiness assessments, and cross-functional planning activities.
