Learn more at li.me.We are looking for a proposal manager to join our Proposals team. In this role, you will manage proposals for markets across the Americas and Asia Pacific (Amer-APAC) from start to finish. You will analyze procurement documents, shape a clear strategy, align stakeholders on offers, and deliver fully compliant submissions that reflect city priorities and demonstrate Lime’s value.You will report to the Senior Manager for Proposals for Amer-APAC. In your work, you will partner closely with other members of the Proposals team, as well as the wider Market Development team, Government Relations, Operations, and others. The team is internal-facing and highly collaborative, so you will build alignment, maintain strong processes, and help the group deliver high-quality, well-vetted proposals under tight timelines.This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.This position requires occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed.What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end proposal management across RFPs, RFIs, and permits throughout the Amer-APAC region, including kickoff, timeline development, stakeholder coordination, drafting, and final submission.Analyze procurement documents to identify key priorities, evaluation criteria, eligibility requirements, and competitive considerations, translating complex requirements into actionable proposal strategies. Partner closely with local operations, policy, finance, and other cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones to gather insights, align stakeholders, escalate issues, and develop high-impact offerings.Build and improve internal proposal infrastructure, including best practices, templates, toolkits, and content libraries, to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the team. Help drive continuous improvement across the proposals function, owning long-term infrastructure projects like best practices, templates, toolkits and content libraries and identifying new ways to make the team faster, sharper, and more scalable.Support strategic market development efforts through occasional travel to key markets for pre-tender workshops, cross-functional meetings, and/or local planning sessions.About You:5+ years of relevant experience, ideally spanning proposal management, project management, or public procurementExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to craft compelling offers and drive alignment across diverse cross-functional teams and audiencesExperience reviewing and interpreting regulations, proposal documents, procurement materials, and/or city planning documents, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable strategiesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong judgment and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities while delivering high-quality, error-free work under pressureAdaptable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across regions, time zones, and varying communication stylesBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferredPublic or private sector procurement experience is a plusU.S. Based Position - What We Offer:Comprehensive Health & Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans....
