Coordinates with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of quality improvement strategies. Tracks progress and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented improvements to ensure sustained positive impact. Other duties as assigned. Educates staff on the importance of quality indicators and their role in improving patient care and experience. Analyzes variances in patient care and operational processes to identify areas for improvement. Develops comprehensive reports on improvement opportunities to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Monitors information and quality indicators to ensure compliance with transplant regulations. Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement process improvements based on data analysis and feedback. Utilizes data from quality indicators to drive evidence-based decision-making and enhance patient outcomes. Supports continuous improvement efforts by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on monitoring data.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Work Experience:
- 2+ clinical, quality and/or relevant healthcare-related experience, [Required]
- 3+ of related experience in hospitality or public relations. [Required]
- Experience with performance improvement methodologies, tools, systems including LEAN methodology. [Preferred]

Pay Range:
