Job Title: Sr Associate Finance


Role overview:

We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to manage financial reporting, audits, and end-to-end finance operations. The role involves working on Ind AS financials, handling audits, and managing operational finance activities including vendor payments, compliance, and reconciliations.

On a typical day you will:

  • Preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind Acoounting.
  • Handling month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Leading statutory audits and supporting internal & tax audits
  • Managing vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payments (P2P cycle)
  • Processing employee reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliations
  • Managing banking operations, including payments and bank reconciliations
  • Handling foreign outward remittances and related compliances
  • Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, PT, and other statutory requirements
  • Performing ledger reconciliations and maintaining financial records
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Procurement, etc.)
  • Supporting fixed asset verification and maintaining FAR
  • Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails

What you will need to be successful:

  • Qualified CA / CMA / CA Inter/MBA
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Ind AS and audit handling
  • Experience in end-to-end finance operations
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in JDE (JD Edwards) is an added advantage
