Opérateur de production H/F

Au sein de notre site de production basé à Saint-Just-en-Chaussée, vous contribuez à la fabrication de produits conformes aux exigences de qualité de nos clients. Polyvalent(e), vous intervenez sur différentes étapes de la chaîne de production en respectant les procédures, les standards de sécurité et le planning de fabrication.

Principales responsabilités

• Réaliser les opérations de fabrication dans le respect du planning de production, des procédures et des standards de qualité.
• Contrôler la conformité des matières premières, des pesées et des préparations avant leur utilisation en production.
• Effectuer les contrôles qualité en cours de fabrication et assurer la traçabilité à travers le renseignement des documents de suivi.
• Participer à l'alimentation des équipements de production et aux opérations de nettoyage des installations.
• Réaliser la maintenance autonome de premier niveau et contribuer au bon fonctionnement des équipements.
• Veiller au respect des règles de qualité, de sécurité, d'environnement et des standards 5S afin de garantir un environnement de travail sûr et performant.

Votre profil

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un CAP/BEP ou disposez d'un niveau équivalent.
• Vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience d'au moins 3 mois sur un poste similaire en environnement industriel.
• Vous savez lire, comprendre et appliquer des modes opératoires et des instructions de travail.
• Vous maîtrisez les bases de l'utilisation d'un outil informatique (impression de documents, saisie simple, consultation d'informations).
• Vous faites preuve d'une grande rigueur et appliquez strictement les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité.
• Vous êtes réactif(ve), organisé(e) et doté(e) d'un bon sens de l'initiative.
• Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et contribuez à un climat de confiance et de respect au sein de l'atelier.
• Vous êtes engagé(e) dans une démarche d'amélioration continue de la qualité et de la productivité.
