The Digital Atlassian & Miro Administrator is a core member of the Digital Program Management Office (PMO). In this hybrid role, acting as the Platform Owner for both the Atlassian suite and Miro product, you will focus on execution of operational workflows and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability and user adoption across platforms. This role will work in close collaboration with the Digital and NPI PMO teams to establish standard methodology processes and promote standard Scaled Agile practices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, critical thinker, and has strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Atlassian Administration:
    • Configure, implement, and customize Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, add-ins, etc.) to meet business needs.
    • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
    • Provide recommendations for annual contract management.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including debugging and QA-related problems.
    • Apply Rovo AI to workflows as applicable to improve end user efficiency.
    • Execute metrics and KPI tracking in Atlassian tools defined by PMO. Create and distribute metrics and Key Performance Indicators for the Digital and NPI Portfolios. 
    • Partner with the PMO and Leaders to prepare for Monthly Business/Operating Reviews.
    • Support Release Train Engineer to prepare for and conduct PI Planning events.
    • Mentor Product Owners and Scrum Leaders on best practices.

  • Miro Administration:
    • Manage Miro workspace settings, integrations, and user permissions.
    • Support teams in adopting Miro for visual collaboration and innovation workflows.
    • Optimize Miro workflows for productivity and engagement.

  • Execution and Process Improvement:
    • Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement process improvements.
    • Use automation tools (Scripting, Jira Automation, Power Automate), integration, or optimization expertise to streamline cross-platform processes.
    • Create reports to monitor KPIs (e.g., ticket resolution time, adoption rates, workflow efficiency), metrics (e.g. velocity, on-time to commit, cycle time) and analyze reports to generate insights.
    • Lead cross-functional training to implement new tools, workflows, or governance models.
    • Ensure nVent platform policies are adhered to.
    • Drive annual planning platform related activities.

YOU HAVE:

  • Academic background in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (or related field)
  • Proven experience in Digital and Scaled Agile Leadership
  • Strong working knowledge of Atlassian Suite and Miro platform
  • Experience with automation tools, APIs and integration platforms
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
  • Proven experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational execution.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Troubleshooting and QA skills for Atlassian and Rovo products
  • Experience collaborating with teams and mentoring / training others
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with Digital teams and Product Owners
  • Ability to understand and solve complicated Business problems
  • Ability to proactively predict and address risks and issues
