Skip to main contentBack to all jobsAndroid Software EngineerCasablancaFull-timePermanent employeeApply for this jobYou will be responsible forArchitecture & design:Ensure best-in-class mobile application performance, stability and overall quality across devicesSeek to mitigate shortcomings in the path taken to implement old and new features and help to improve the direction through pull requests, proposing architectural changes, and implementing better alternatives as part of the day to day workParticipate in directing the development of inyad’s mobile applications using the best technologies available to deliver new features as neededProduct:Work with design and product to give feedback and perspective on designs to ensure all edge cases are covered and our end users will have an enjoyable experienceSuggest new features to the product owner based on your knowledge of the codebase and the industry as a wholeDelivery :Take a hands-on role as required ; write & review code on a regular basisAssist team in triaging bugs and solving issues in productionContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiencyPeople:Act as a mentor to engineers working on mobile to raise the standards as our team scalesYour qualifications1 to 5 years of industry experience in engineeringDegree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceProficiency using JavaExperience with AndroidPrevious exposure to architectural patterns of web applications (e.g., well-designed APIs, micro services, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)Expertise in relational databases and schema designDisciplined approach to writing tests and quality assuranceCool, easy-going, genuinely willing to learn and create valueAbout usWe are a young and passionate team building the #1 all-in-one business management and payment platform in Africa.
