In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities * Desenvolver e implementar soluções baseadas em **Inteligência Artificial** e **IA Generativa**.* Construir, configurar e evoluir agentes inteligentes utilizando **MCP — Model Context Protocol**.* Definir padrões técnicos, guidelines e boas práticas para projetos de IA.* Projetar arquiteturas escaláveis para aplicações baseadas em IA.* Integrar aplicações com **OpenAI APIs** e **Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services**.* Desenvolver soluções de recuperação de informação, processamento de documentos e busca semântica.* Implementar soluções com **semantic search**, **knowledge graphs** e técnicas de **information retrieval**.* Apoiar a criação, ajuste e implementação de modelos de **Machine Learning**, quando aplicável.* Avaliar novas tecnologias de IA e propor formas práticas de uso em soluções corporativas.* Apoiar squads e times técnicos na definição de arquitetura, desenho de solução e resolução de problemas relacionados a IA. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Inteligência Artificial e Dados * Experiência prática com **LLMs**, como GPT, Claude, Llama ou modelos equivalentes.* Conhecimento em **Prompt Engineering**, incluindo few-shot learning, dynamic prompting e estruturação de prompts para diferentes casos de uso.* Experiência com **fine-tuning**, adaptação ou customização de modelos de IA.* Conhecimento em **semantic search**, processamento de documentos e extração de informações.* Experiência com sistemas de recuperação de informação, **RAG** e **knowledge graphs**. Arquitetura e Desenvolvimento * Experiência em arquitetura e desenvolvimento de aplicações escaláveis.* Experiência com desenvolvimento baseado em APIs e abordagem **API-first**.* Experiência prática ou conhecimento aplicado em **MCP — Model Context Protocol**.* Conhecimento em **MLOps** e pipelines de **CI/CD** para soluções de IA e Machine Learning.* Experiência com ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA, como **GitHub Copilot** ou similares. Cloud e Infraestrutura * Experiência com **cloud computing**, preferencialmente **Microsoft Azure**.* Experiência com **Kubernetes**, containers e ambientes distribuídos.* Conhecimento em microsserviços e arquiteturas distribuídas. Linguagens de Programação Experiência avançada em pelo menos uma das linguagens abaixo: * Python* Node.js* Java* .NET Preferred technical and professional experience Diferenciais (Desejável) * Experiência com Microsoft Copilot Studio ou Azure AI Studio.* Experiência na construção de plataformas corporativas de IA.* Conhecimento em arquiteturas multi-cloud.* Experiência com observabilidade, monitoramento e rastreabilidade aplicados a sistemas de IA.* Experiência com implementação de soluções de IA em ambientes corporativos regulados ou de alta criticidade. Buscamos uma pessoa com atuação técnica sênior em projetos de IA, capaz de propor soluções, orientar decisões de arquitetura e apoiar times de desenvolvimento.É importante ter capacidade de transformar requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas utilizando IA, APIs, cloud, dados e componentes de integração.Também é esperada experiência em colaboração com equipes multidisciplinares, incluindo arquitetura, desenvolvimento, dados, segurança, infraestrutura e áreas de negócio.ABOUT BUSINESS UNIT
