Insurance Broker (Client Executive) - Marsh Corporate
Oslo, Norway | Hybrid role with at least three days in the office each week
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Corporate team in Oslo. In this role, you will be a key advisor to our international corporate clients in the mid-market segment, helping them navigate complex risk and insurance matters, leading strategic client dialogues, and coordinating Marsh’s full expertise to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders on the client side and with colleagues and specialists across Marsh to create long-term, value-adding relationships.
We will count on you to:
- Provide relevant and proactive advice to clients across pensions, benefits, risk and insurance.
- Conduct strategic dialogues with key decision makers and senior client stakeholders.
- Lead projects and act as the main coordinating point of contact toward the client.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and proactively broaden Marsh’s services.
- Work closely with international teams to ensure exceptional service for multinational clients.
What you need to have:
- Experience from a similar client-facing role, preferably within insurance, risk, or a related field.
- An academic degree in insurance, economics, engineering, or another relevant discipline is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong service mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate closely with colleagues.
- High drive and a results-oriented approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
