As a Digital Manufacturing - Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to help streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to enhance product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to improve speed to market, reduce costs, and enhance quality. You will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leadership, support project and client management, and produce deliverables that drive transformation in how products are designed, engineered, and manufactured.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity in product development and manufacturing
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and leverage digital technologies
- Managing end-to-end project implementations, coordinating with stakeholders for timely delivery
- Utilizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) tools like Tulip and Apriso to enhance production processes
- Conducting feasibility studies and manufacturing cost analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve speed to market
- Providing guidance on compliance with industry regulations and standards such as CSV and GxP
- Facilitating change management by effectively communicating changes and providing necessary training to end users
- Leveraging Industrial IoT and data analytics for real-time manufacturing data analysis and decision-making
- Supporting product lifecycle management and product strategy development to drive business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating familiarity with shop floor operations and regulatory compliance
- Utilizing industry-leading MES tools like Tulip and Apriso
- Understanding basic supply chain concepts such as logistics and procurement
- Managing end-to-end project implementations and stakeholder coordination
