Manufacturing Engineer
- Supporting daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and delivery
- Analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making
- Developing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, and fixture drawings
- Leading capital equipment projects to specify, source, qualify, and implement new equipment and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and achieve organizational objectives

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelors in engineering
- Zero (0) years of applicable experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- An ABET-accredited engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Internship or Co-op experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Data analysis capabilities using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Minitab
