The Team Leader - Quality Inspector also manages the quality inspectors and provides support to clients. • Establish a provisional forecast and weekly attendance and absences planning in order to ensure the activity permanence (be sure to have enough staff, replacement)• Establish and manage the follow-up of non-conformities by aircraft and transmit it to the Sector Leader• Ensure and coordinate technical resources, materials and human resources necessary for quality purposes• Provide to the customer an accurate follow-up of quality activities• Take into account the follow-up defined by the quality management to improve the products quality control and also the services presented to the client• Track quality documentation• Follow-up of the “TSA” (time-savings account) and overtime by using the tools provided by the Human resources ;• Validation of the monthly time sheets and send them to the management of payroll• Ensure the communication between to management and the team • Participate to meetings in parallel with the client RQSOperational supervisor: Package Responsible / Operation Leader / Unit LeaderYour profile• Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety and quality measures)• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Quality Inspector• Strong Experience with Airbus aircraft in Electrical, Mechanical & structural Inspection (Brackets, electrical, pipes, sealant, drilling, hydraulic, fuel tank etc.)• Experience in reading and understanding technical documentations like structural drawings, work orders, maintenance manuals etc.• Familiar with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP, and Airbus internal tools (Zamiz, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM etc.)• Knowledge of the follow-up tools (TLB, QLB, etc)• Have Customer-oriented approach (listening, offering support and deliver on time)• Familiar with measurement tools: Voltmeter, multimeter, gapgun, etc.• Ability to detect, report non-conformities and make sure they are corrected• Familiar with report writing (accurate and straight to the point)• Good communication skills • Familiar with QHSE (Quality, Health, Security and Environment) procedures• Fluent in English: B2SKILLSFreely take initiativesDynamic and very flexibleStrict, reactive and autonomous Solution-oriented mindsetGood at stress and pressure managementA well-developed ability to adaptWhy join Derichebourg?Elevate your career in a diverse and inclusive setting that celebrates differences.
