Role Overview

As the ERP Finance Lead, you will lead finance process design and transformation efforts within the RTR domain, with a focus on ERP enablement, process standardization, and operating model improvement. You will partner across functions to align business needs with system capabilities, support implementation activities, and help ensure finance processes are efficient, controlled, and ready to scale.

    What will you do?

    • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end RTR process improvements across global teams, geographies, and reporting requirements.

    • Define process scope, priorities, dependencies, and success criteria for finance transformation initiatives.

    • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align finance operating models with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion target states.

    • Support ERP implementation activities across RTR, PTP, and OTC workstreams where finance process input is required.

    • Contribute to the rollout of RTR edge applications such as account reconciliation and journal governance tools.

    • Drive governance discussions on process decisions, controls, compliance, and operational readiness.

    • Lead or support user story definition, UAT planning and execution, training, and change adoption activities.

    • Collaborate with Finance and Shared Services teams to improve process efficiency, documentation, and standardization.

    • Assess current-state pain points and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve reporting quality.

    • Act as a trusted finance partner during transition periods, supporting controller or accounting manager activities as needed for in-scope processes.

    How will you do it?

    • You will stay close to the work by understanding how finance processes operate day to day and by removing barriers that slow down teams and customers.

    • You will own outcomes with accountability, ensuring decisions are made with strong controls, integrity, and a clear focus on business impact.

    • You will improve every day by challenging manual steps, testing better ways of working, and using direct feedback to solve problems quickly.

    • You will win as one team by building trust across Finance, Technology, Shared Services, and implementation partners, and by valuing different perspectives.

    • Use governance forums, process mapping, and structured documentation to keep transformation work transparent and well-coordinated.

    • Apply a practical, hands-on approach to requirements gathering, UAT support, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.

    • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels and translate finance needs into process and system requirements that can be executed effectively.

    What are we looking for?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Strong hands-on experience in financial accounting and controlling.

    • Deep knowledge of Record to Report processes, controls, and compliance.

    • Proven experience optimizing and documenting end-to-end finance processes.

    • Experience aligning finance operating models with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion.

    • Experience supporting ERP implementation across finance workstreams.

    • Experience with finance transformation activities, governance forums, UAT, and training support.

    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with General Ledger, Sub-Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounting Hub, and period close processes.

    • Experience supporting account reconciliation and journal governance tools.

    • Experience working with Shared Services operating models.

    • Experience acting as a controller or accounting manager during a transformation or transition period.

    • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

    What do we offer?

    • Comprehensive benefits package.

    • Opportunities for professional growth and development.

    • Supportive and inclusive work environment.

    • Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.

    • Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.
