As a Professional & HC Services Procurement Senior Associate, you will focus on executing, managing, and optimizing purchasing processes and supplier relationships to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will play a crucial role in enabling the organization to obtain quality goods and services at competitive prices. This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to enhance procurement strategies and contribute to the firm's overall success.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while developing a deeper understanding of the business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage your critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities
- Managing procurement processes to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Building and maintaining supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services
- Analyzing procurement data to inform strategic sourcing decisions
- Implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes
- Conducting contract negotiations and managing contractual agreements
- Overseeing supplier relationship management to enhance collaboration and performance
- Utilizing procurement software to streamline purchase order management
- Monitoring contractual compliance and managing contractual risk
- Leading cost analysis and management initiatives to support financial objectives
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business goals
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management and Contract Negotiation
- Utilizing Procurement Software for strategic sourcing and supplier management
- Excelling in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
