What You Will Do
As an Intern, you will support Human Resources activities and gain exposure to a variety of HR processes, including:
• Assist with Talent Acquisition activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment coordination
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience
• Assist with HR administrative processes and employee documentation management
• Provide support for payroll-related activities and employee inquiries, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed
• Coordinate training sessions and learning initiatives, including logistics and participant tracking
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs
• Collaborate with HR team members, employees, managers, and global stakeholders
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity following company procedures and confidentiality standards
• Support special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Communications, or related fields
• Regular student status required
• Expected graduation date: December 2027 onwards
• Advanced English level
• Availability to work 20 hours per week in a hybrid format
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in developing a career in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous participation in student organizations, volunteer activities, or university projects
• Interest in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, or HR Operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and digital collaboration platforms
