Sr. Global TA Enablement Specialist
Company Overview
Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
What you'll do
We are looking for a Senior Global TA Enablement Specialist who is passionate about empowering people and transforming how we hire. This is a high-impact, global role centered on capability building, change leadership, and culture shift. Your true mission is to bridge the gap between our technology and human capability-helping our global talent ecosystem thrive during Docusign's most exciting TA transformation yet. Sitting within our collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will focus squarely on human empowerment and adoption. While our roadmap includes a major ATS migration and AI tool rollouts, we aren't looking for a passive system administrator. We want a dynamic problem-solver who deeply understands the daily realities of busy recruiters, RCs, and hiring managers. You will have the creative freedom to reject "one-size-fits-all" training, design engaging global frameworks that respect their time, and look at our workflows to say, "Here's a better, simpler way to do this." You will own the change management, training, and adoption strategies for Docusign's global TA tech stack, including our ATS migration, interview intelligence, and automated scheduling tools.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of TA Operations and Enablement.
Responsibility
Lead the global change management, deployment strategy, and user adoption for Docusign's core ATS migration
Drive the rollout of (and daily vendor management for) secondary tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, interview intelligence, automated scheduling), ensuring maximum platform ROI
Analyze adoption metrics, process bottlenecks, and regional feedback to continuously refine systems and streamline the recruiting funnel
Upskill recruiters into strategic Talent Advisors and build scheduling workflows for coordinators via bootcamps and continuous learning
Launch toolkits and structured frameworks to help managers navigate tools, assess talent fairly, reduce bias, test for AI fluency, and sell the Docusign story
Reimagine a centralized knowledge hub for SOPs and playbooks, gathering regional stakeholder feedback to continuously optimize workflows and system performance
Partner with TA Leadership, People L&D, HR Ops, and Business UX to align enablement programs with broader business goals and streamline the recruiting funnel
Job Designation
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.
Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
What you bring
Basic
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant professional experience
5+ years of experience in TA Enablement, Talent Acquisition Operations or Recruiting Program Management
Experience contributing to or supporting a major ATS migration or enterprise recruiting system implementation
Experience with automated scheduling platforms, interview intelligence tools, and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter administration
Experience with Google Suite
Preferred
Proven track record of managing end-to-end change management for large-scale HR or recruiting technology rollouts
Expertise in instructional design, including the creation of diverse, multimodal training formats, learning paths, and digital enablement content designed for how different people learn
Demonstrated passion for bringing a fresh, bold perspective to human enablement, with a history of experimenting with innovative formats like micro-learning, gamification, or interactive workshops
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate system adoption metrics into actionable process improvements
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a background influencing cross-functional teams through complex organizational changes
