At Lam, as a Manager of Supply Chain Business Managers (SBMs), you play a crucial role in partnering with suppliers to drive operational excellence and interfacing with internal customers to deliver to Lam’s goals. Your data-driven approach ensures effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through our dynamic global production cycle. You’ll benchmark and monitor supplier performance to manage risk. By driving continuous supplier process improvements, you support the productivity and efficiency of Lam's operations.What you’ll do
As a Sr. SBM Manager, you will lead a team of SBMs to drive delivery and supplier operational excellence within a global supply chain. This role is within the Supply Chain Operations team and is instrumental in helping Supply Chain navigate through record ramps and other operational complexities thrown our way. In this position, you will help manage global factories, spare parts program and have responsibility for multiple suppliers within the OEM commodity.Who we’re looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-8 years of supervisory experienceFifteen (15) years’ experience in managing global factories and various commoditiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to solve complex problems with scalable and repeatable resultsKnowledge, experience and practical use of Microsoft Excel, SAP or other ERP systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel Skills - Macros, Pivot Tables, Data Lookup/Indexing, DashboardsMust be willing and able to travel up to 20% (including domestic and international), or as requiredPublic speaking/ Executive level presentation skillsExperience in managing $500M+ of supplier spendOur commitment
