ChicagoOTE $116k–$201kPosted Jul 28, 2026

At Braze, we have found our people. We’re a genuinely approachable, exceptionally kind, and intensely passionate crew.

We seek to ignite that passion by setting high standards, championing teamwork, and creating work-life harmony as we collectively navigate rapid growth on a global scale while striving for greater equity and opportunity – inside and outside our organization.

To flourish here, you must be prepared to set a high bar for yourself and those around you. There is always a way to contribute: Acting with autonomy, having accountability and being open to new perspectives are essential to our continued success.

Our deep curiosity to learn and our eagerness to share diverse passions with others gives us balance and injects a one-of-a-kind vibrancy into our culture.

If you are driven to solve exhilarating challenges and have a bias toward action in the face of change, you will be empowered to make a real impact here, with a sharp and passionate team at your back. If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.

At Braze, Product Marketing sits at the center of how we bring our platform to market—shaping the narratives, positioning, and go-to-market motions that connect what we build to the value our customers feel. As part of our Product Marketing team, you'll own narratives and GTM  for the strategic technology partnerships that extend what's possible on our platform. This is a role for a builder and a storyteller: someone energized by turning complex offerings into clear, compelling go-to-market programs, and who thrives working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams across Product, Sales, Partnership, and Marketing to bring them to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will translate Braze's strategic technology partnerships into differentiated messaging, joint go-to-market programs, and field-ready assets that ladder up to our core platform narrative.

This is an individual contributor role focused on strong PMM craft and cross-functional execution. You'll bring a clear understanding of how go-to-market strategies work with technology platform partners, and you'll work closely with internal cross-functional teams including Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to take initiatives from messaging through to field readiness.

GTM Strategy & Messaging

  • Develop GTM strategy based on joint business plans for strategic technology partnerships in collaboration with partner leads
  • Own the messaging architecture for Braze's strategic technology partnerships (e.g., cloud hyperscalers and data platforms), ensuring each partnership ladders up to our core platform narrative and customer engagement story
  • Translate platform integrations into clear, differentiated value propositions with defined customer use cases and competitive angles
  • Work with Core Product Marketing to ensure technology partners are reflected accurately in product launches, campaigns, and core messaging

GTM Execution & Enablement

  • Drive joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs with technology platform partners, coordinating timelines and deliverables across internal teams
  • Drive partner launch motions end-to-end: messaging, packaging, enablement materials, and field readiness
  • Build and deliver core assets and enablement that actually get used in the field
  • Track performance and adoption, and report results back to cross-functional stakeholders

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work closely with Product, GTM Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Partnership to align on priorities and execute against them
  • Partner with Sales and the field to support active deals, customer conversations, and positioning

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, success means:

  • A repeatable launch and enablement motion for technology platform partnerships, with integrations reflected consistently across launches, campaigns, and core messaging
  • Trusted, productive relationships across Product, Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Services—you're the person teams pull in early

WHO YOU ARE

  • A storyteller. You turn complex offerings and integrations into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with buyers and the field alike
  • A builder. You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by creating structure, frameworks, and repeatable motions where none existed
  • A collaborator. You're a sleeves-rolled-up, low-ego operator who brings cross-functional teams along and gets things shipped without direct authority
  • GTM-fluent. You understand how go-to-market strategies work with technology platform partners and how to execute them in a fast-moving, matrixed organization

What You Bring to the Team

  • 7–10+ years in product and/or partner marketing at a growing B2B technology company, with strong product marketing (PMM) craft at the core
  • A clear, practical understanding of how go-to-market strategies work with technology platform partners, including joint GTM programs, co-marketing motions, and integration launches
  • Strong PMM fundamentals: messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, narrative development, and the ability to translate complex offerings and integrations into clear, buyer-ready stories
  • Experience marketing technology platform partnerships (e.g., cloud hyperscalers, data platforms, and the broader SaaS/martech ecosystem)
  • Experience building sales and enablement content—solution briefs, battle cards, decks, playbooks—that gets adopted and used by the field
  • A proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and execute without direct authority, navigating a matrixed organization to get things shipped
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and partners

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer engagement, marketing technology, CDP, or adjacent data/SaaS categories

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $116,000 and $174,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $133,000 and $201,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
