Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community in Bloomington offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As an RN here, you'll provide direct resident care and help lead a nursing team across a full-continuum campus.
What you'll do
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
What you'll need
Required:
- Active Illinois RN license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living
Pay and benefits
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time RNs
- Full-time: $33.46-$34.04/hour
- PIB (Paid-in-Lieu-of-Benefits): $45.00/hour
- PRN: $43.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials

Schedule
- Day shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
- PRN: on-call, minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month
- Weekend and holiday rotation required for full-time roles
