In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Organization Change Management, you will excel in pinpointing business challenges and formulating strategic solutions to enhance business performance and value. You will synergize with clients' goals, processes, metrics, and methodologies to drive successful transformations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Strategic Solutions: Formulate effective solutions to address complex business challenges, employing business analysis and hypothesis testing to identify the most effective approaches. • Implement Organizational Frameworks: Lead the development and implementation of novel organizational frameworks, cultures, and transformation strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and successful integration. • Guide Client Change Readiness: Work closely with clients to guide them towards change readiness, blending AI, behavioral science, and human-focused approaches to cultivate essential leadership qualities, attitudes, and structures. • Deliver Client-Facing Support: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, processes, and metrics, providing tailored support to navigate diverse transformations such as technological assimilation, restructuring, or innovation-driven expansion. • Apply Methodologies: Employ exceptional consulting skills and profound business insight to decipher complex business scenarios and develop targeted solutions.
Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise• Business Analysis and Hypothesis Testing: Experience with business analysis and hypothesis testing to identify effective solutions to complex business challenges, including the ability to analyze data and develop targeted approaches. • Organizational Framework Development: Experience with developing and implementing novel organizational frameworks, cultures, and transformation strategies to drive successful transformations and ensure smooth transitions. • Consulting Skills: Exposure to exceptional consulting skills, including the ability to synergize with clients' goals, processes, metrics, and methodologies to drive successful transformations. • Change Management Methodologies: Experience with change management methodologies, including the use of AI, behavioral science, and human-focused approaches to cultivate essential leadership qualities, attitudes, and structures. • Client-Facing Collaboration: Experience working with clients to understand their goals, processes, and metrics, providing tailored support to navigate diverse transformations.
Preferred technical and professional experience• AI-Driven Transformation: Exposure to AI, behavioral science, and human-focused approaches to cultivate essential leadership qualities, attitudes, and structures, enhancing client change readiness. • Behavioral Science Application: Experience with applying behavioral science principles to develop targeted solutions, driving successful transformations and ensuring smooth transitions. • Human-Centered Design: Exposure to human-centered design thinking, enabling the development of novel organizational frameworks, cultures, and transformation strategies that prioritize human needs and values.
