Required Qualifications: 

  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) 

  • Minimum of 5 years of neonatal or pediatric inpatient experience, preferably in a Level I or II nursery 

  • Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities 

 

Position Highlights: 

  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care for newborns, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions  

  • Manage neonatal patients in collaboration with attending neonatologists and pediatric providers  

  • Perform procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, and resuscitation as clinically indicated  

  • Participate in delivery attendance and stabilization of high-risk newborns  

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and support family education  

  • Ensure continuity of care through effective communication with care teams and families  

  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice
