As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst you will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and management of NetSuite within the finance organization. Duties and Responsibilities

Strong expertise in merging acquired company systems and processes into existing tooling, ensuring smooth integration, data migration, and alignment with current workflows while maintaining system integrity, minimizing disruptions, and optimizing overall performance across both entities.

Develop and maintain NetSuite financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Ensure accuracy and relevance of financial data.

Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices. Proactively recommend improvements and ensure the system evolves to meet organizational growth and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and design solutions that meet both functional and technical needs.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for new configurations and enhancements. Oversee the deployment and ensure proper documentation and training for end-users.

Proven experience in managing complex NetSuite integrations ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to maintain operational continuity.

Lead cross-functional projects related to system upgrades, deployments, and new implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.

Strong experience in developing and optimizing SuiteScripts, including custom workflows, record types, and integrations with third-party systems.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance system performance, reduce manual tasks, and improve operational efficiency.

Create and maintain technical process documentation including internal knowledge articles on Atlassian Confluence.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role.

NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.

Experience with SuiteScript.

Advanced workflow capabilities

Experience providing support and user training across multiple business departments.

Demonstrated ability to synthesize, analyze and solve problems.

Understanding of billing, payment, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition and reporting

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
