As an Epic Systems Support - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through Epic software solutions
- Implementing and supporting Epic applications to facilitate seamless integration and utilization
- Providing training and guidance to clients on Epic software functionalities and best practices
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business transformation and digital healthcare initiatives
- Utilizing analytical reasoning and health data analytics to inform insights and recommendations
- Managing electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance healthcare technology solutions
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members
- Upholding professional and technical standards while interpreting data to support strategic objectives
- Embracing change and intellectual curiosity to drive continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare technology solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
