Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
5+ years in software engineering
3+ years in a leadership role within engineering
Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master or PMP preferred
Experience with senior-level architectural decisions for 2+ years
Proficient in Agile methodologies
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Skilled in continuous integration and deployment tools
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Successfully led engineering teams through major product launches
Achieved measurable increases in team productivity through process improvements
