Group: Human Resources - Talent Acquisition

Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Indianapolis, IN (on-site)

 

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical, professional, and leadership positions across the organization. They will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies across varies markets. The Sr. TA specialist will also be responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and pre-employment coordination.
  • Recruit for technical and specialized roles across architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, planning, and related disciplines.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely, professional communication throughout the recruiting/hiring process.
  • Prepare and extend competitive offers in partnership with HR/TA leadership and business leaders.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for niche roles and passive candidates
  • Contribute to recruiting-process improvements, employer-brand initiatives, workforce planning, and talent acquisition projects.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus in technical roles
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and negoations skills
  • Talent acquisition experience within AEC industry preferred
