Canvass Director – Washington, DC

Lead Change in the Nation’s Capital.

As a Canvass Director, you will lead from the front, develop future leaders, and build a high-performing office that drives real change for the nonprofits we represent.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to own results, grow people, and create lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations and drive campaign success
• Recruit, train, and develop exceptional fundraisers
• Mentor future leaders and build a strong team culture
• Coach in the field and lead by example (minimum 4 shifts per week)
• Manage performance, meet goals, and complete administrative duties

• Completed Trainer Training
• Completed Team Leader (TL) Training
• Passionate leader who leads by example
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Driven, accountable, and mission-focused

Location Requirement

Must either live in the Washington, DC area or be willing to relocate.
