As Specialist II, Brand Marketing, you'll help bring the Converse brand to life in France. Working at the intersection of global brand strategy and local market execution, you'll support the delivery of impactful marketing initiatives that drive consumer engagement, brand relevance, and marketplace impact.
 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
 

You'll work closely with in-country Marketing and Commercial teams, as well as Global City Marketing, Global Brand Management, and Global Brand Creative teams to bring integrated brand strategies to life at the local level.
 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 

You'll bring a strong understanding of youth culture, fashion, and footwear, combined with solid marketing and business acumen. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at navigating cross-functional environments. You'll leverage strong project management, communication, and analytical capabilities to support effective decision-making and flawless execution.
 

You'll bring:

  • Experience within youth culture, fashion, lifestyle, or the footwear industry.
  • Strong marketing and business acumen, with an analytical mindset.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and French.
  • Experience using marketing and analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Exposure to budget management and financial processes.
     

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
 

You'll support the execution of seasonal and city-led marketing strategies, helping connect global brand priorities with locally relevant activations that drive consumer engagement and marketplace impact.
 

You'll:

  • Support seasonal planning to create brand impact and amplify key stories.
  • Partner across functions to develop integrated marketing plans.
  • Support the execution of seasonal gameplans and key milestones.
  • Assist in developing city-led brand moments, programs, partnerships, and activations.
  • Contribute to the development of locally relevant content and storytelling strategies.
  • Support budget planning, tracking, and financial management processes.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Curate consumer, cultural, and marketplace insights to help inform future strategies.
