In August 2025, Truemeds closed an $85 million Series C funding round led by Accel and Peak XV Partners, with continued backing from West Bridge Capital and Info Edge Ventures</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Role Overview</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a highly execution-drive<strong>n JIT Supply Chain – Central Operations Lead</strong>er to manage centralized supply chain operations with a strong focus o<strong>n Just-in-Time (JIT) supply planning, order flow optimization, and inventory efficiency.</strong></p><p>This role will be responsible for ensurin<strong>g seamless coordination between procurement, warehouses, vendors, and demand planning tea</strong>ms, enabling fast and reliable fulfilment while maintaining minimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience i<strong>n centralized supply chain operations, inventory planning, fulfilment operations, and cross-functional coordinati</strong>on, preferably i<strong>n pharma, healthcare, e-commerce, FMCG.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>JIT Supply Chain Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Drive end-to-e<strong>nd Just-in-Time (JIT) supply chain operati</strong>ons across centralized systems</li><li>Ensure timely availability of products with minimal inventory holding</li><li>Optimi<strong>ze order-to-fulfilment workfl</strong>ows to reduce delays and improve service levels</li><li>Manage daily supply chain operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow</li></ul><p><strong>Central Operations Management</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee centralized operational workflows across multiple warehouses or distribution centres</li><li>Monitor and mana<strong>ge order allocation, replenishment cycles, and fulfilment timelines</strong></li><li>Ensure operational alignment between procurement, logistics, and warehouse tea</li><li>Maintain high accuracy in order processing and inventory movement</li></ul><p><strong>Demand Planning & Inventory Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with demand planning teams to align supply with forecasted demand</li><li>Optimi<strong>ze inventory lev</strong>els, safety stock thresholds, and replenishment cycles</li><li>Monitor stock availability and proactively address shortages or overstock risks</li><li>Drive improvements <strong>in inventory turnover and working capital efficiency</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Vendor & Procurement Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely supplier deliveries</li><li>Monitor supplier lead times and improve vendor responsiveness</li><li>Support vendor scheduling aligned with JIT requirements</li><li>Carefully navigate vendor margins and have a good eye for numbers</li></ul><p><strong>Technology & Data Utilization</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure effective use <strong>of ERP/WMS syst</strong>ems for centralized operations</li><li>Develop dashboards to track supply chain KPIs</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, and planning teams</li><li>Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree <strong>in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Administration</strong></li><li>MBA <strong>in Operations / Supply Chain Managem</strong>ent preferred</li><li>Certifications such <strong>as Six Sigma, Lean, APICS, or C</strong>IPS preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>4-6+ y</strong>ears in SCM Consulting Experience or JIT-based supply chain environments</li><li>Experience<strong> in multi-location supply environments</strong></li><li>Prior experience<strong> in pharma, e-commerce, healthcare, FMCG, or manufactu</strong>ring preferred</li><li>Hands on with number crunching, has a good understanding of margins in numbers</li></ul>
