The Job's Mission


Develop the skills to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of key accounts within an established sales territory, providing technical assistance in a hospital operating room setting, promoting the product portfolio, being attentive to customer needs, and identifying opportunities to attract new customers. Manage the necessary surgical instrument inventory. You will have your own sales and business objectives. Bonuses are offered based on the achievement of regional or territory-specific goals.

Key Activities & Accountabilities


•    Become familiar with the product portfolio and surgical techniques to provide our customers with a comprehensive overview of our product offerings.

•    Provide on-site support and technical assistance in the operating room to ensure the proper execution of surgical techniques and ensure customers are knowledgeable about the use of surgical instruments

•    Foster business interactions with assigned accounts—such as follow-up visits—to strengthen relationships and identify client needs for the introduction of new or additional products and/or services.

•    Maintain a basic business plan that highlights daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.  Develop the necessary skills to prioritize where to allocate time and resources and how to grow the business.

•    Manage, coordinate, and monitor the logistical needs for the surgical instruments required for each surgical procedure with the support of the relevant departments

•    Understand the local healthcare environment.  Understand the patient’s journey through the hospital and the role we play in providing products for appropriate treatment.  Be familiar with the main hospital departments and maintain the necessary interactions for effective management and follow-up.

•    Establish and foster a work environment of continuous improvement that promotes creativity and team spirit.
 

What do you need

Min Qualifications

Education

  • A University degree in Nursing, healthcare is preferred, and 2+ years of succesful sales and/or marketing is a plus

  • From 2-3 years of experience working in healthcare

  • Native level of Spanish and advanced level of English

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry

  • Valid EU driver’s license

  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office

Experience

  • Experience in operating room assistance and knowledge of spinal or trauma products.

  • Sales or business experience is an advantage.

  • Business acumen, with an interest in or experience of customer service.

  • Presentation skills using modern technology.

  • Ability to lead workshops, conduct demonstrations, provide training, and deliver presentations.

  • Interest in anatomy and physiology.

  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, motivate teams, and work with dedication.

  • Travel percentage: 10-15% travel within the assigned territory

  • Presence in OR: 80-90%
