Executive Business Operations Manager, Infra Foundation

Summary:

Infra Foundation builds the hardware and silicon that power our data centers. Our infrastructure handles massive amounts of data, optimizes engineering productivity, and enables cutting-edge AI innovation.The Business Operations Manager will be the connective tissue that amplifies the voices of our leadership team and helps us operate efficiently, strategically and as a lean horizontal, highly cross-functional organization. A successful candidate will be highly organized, experienced in project management, and able to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team-player with experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization who is comfortable prioritizing competing demands and adapting to shifting business needs. They will be a detail-oriented, operationally-minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and build trusted relationships and interact effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Required Skills:

Executive Business Operations Manager, Infra Foundation Responsibilities:

1. Build and execute upon a review structure of high priority workstreams, ensuring a sensible cadence, coaching on pre-reads, tracking of action items, and dissemination of outcomes

1. Build and execute upon a rhythm of the business that forecasts org-wide events and community plans to org leaders

1. Operate as the subject matter expert of headcount and operational expenses for the organization. Lead its annual budget planning process

1. Drive the closing of open headcount through partnership with the recruiting team and regular communication with hiring managers

1. Drive strategic internal initiatives and ensure progress on priority work-streams, help build decision-making frameworks and deliverables

1. In partnership with the admin team, lead the planning and execution of All-Hands and offsite events

1. In partnership with HR, build and execute upon an onboarding structure that enables new hires to ramp efficiently and effectively

1. In partnership with HR, build and execute upon a manager engagement strategy, ensuring it weaves together with the centrally managed programming

1. Travel up to 10-20% of the time to support offsite events, team meetings, and cross-site collaboration

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of experience with program management, project management, strategy, management consulting, or operations

1. Experience applying quantitative and analytical methods to solve business problems (e.g., financial modeling, data analysis, scenario planning)

1. 7+ years of experience driving HC, hiring and resource allocation processes

1. Experience problem-solving individually and in a group setting

1. Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results

1. Experience operating autonomously and in a highly organized fashion to track top organization priorities, identify efficiencies and drive alignment across teams

1. Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership to turn insights into actions

1. Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites, advanced skills in Excel

1. Experience navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion

1. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

1. BA/BS degree in business, finance, or engineering or a MBA

1. Infrastructure experience in an engineering, financial, project management, or operational capacity

1. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Public Compensation:

$176,000/year to $247,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
