Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Foundation Specialist, you will help the Foundation Directors and development officers effectively manage donor relationships and implement engagement strategies, so they can successfully achieve philanthropic goals, enhance donor cultivation, and secure vital funding for critical initiatives.

 

Every day you will manage and maintain advanced administrative systems for donor relationships and project timelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to utilize the Foundation's CRM system for data management, extractions, and reporting, and coordinate multiple projects from conception to completion while adhering to strict deadlines.

 

To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting, proficient in CRM database management for donor relations, and possess strong project coordination and communication skills.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in a non-profit fund developing setting that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities.

OR

  • 4-6 years or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
