Determines most effective sourcing method and identifies creative strategies to attract talent..In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and build strong pipelines of qualified nursing talent, leveraging your expertise in nurse sourcing or recruiting to connect with top candidates.Prior experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on nursing talent is strongly preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSource external passive candidates using various resources and/or creative methods.Source candidates by creating search strategies and identifying potential talent from candidate database.Post positions via internet; run advertisements; organize and attend job fairs; review employee referrals; social media, etc.Determine most effective sourcing method and identify creative strategies to attract talent.Conduct phone screens to pre-qualify all candidates for interview consideration.TECHNICAL CAPABILITIESDocumentation (Intermediate): Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.Networking (Intermediate): Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations, and individuals.Recruiting Needs Assessment (Intermediate): Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience, competency and education needs and requirements.Interviewing (Intermediate): Gather information for purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs and other subjects.Our professional administrative functions include critical supporting roles in information technology and informatics, finance, administration, legal and community affairs, human resources, communications and marketing, development, facilities, and many more.At our growing health system, we support each other and encourage excellence among all who are part of our workforce.
