Job Description
Position Summary:
The Assembler III independently builds, tests, troubleshoots, and integrates complex subassemblies and machine systems for the InspectRx2 production line. This role serves as a technical resource, supports process improvements, and assists with training team members while ensuring quality, safety, and production requirements are met.
Essential Responsibilities:
Build and test complex subassemblies per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs).
Integrate subassemblies into machine frames and perform system verification.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assembly issues.
Install, modify, and route cables and wiring.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
Maintain production and quality documentation.
Assist with training and mentoring assemblers.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
4-6 years of manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, or related experience.
Experience reading technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting, wiring, and assembly skills.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment requiring frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
Exposure to production equipment and machinery.
Compliance & Expectations:
Follow all safety, quality, and MPI requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Support production schedules and department goals.
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.
