Job Description

Position Summary:

The Assembler III independently builds, tests, troubleshoots, and integrates complex subassemblies and machine systems for the InspectRx2 production line. This role serves as a technical resource, supports process improvements, and assists with training team members while ensuring quality, safety, and production requirements are met.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build and test complex subassemblies per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs).

  • Integrate subassemblies into machine frames and perform system verification.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assembly issues.

  • Install, modify, and route cables and wiring.

  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.

  • Maintain production and quality documentation.

  • Assist with training and mentoring assemblers.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 4-6 years of manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, or related experience.

  • Experience reading technical drawings and electrical schematics.

  • Strong troubleshooting, wiring, and assembly skills.

  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude.

  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing environment requiring frequent standing, bending, and lifting.

  • Exposure to production equipment and machinery.

Compliance & Expectations:

  • Follow all safety, quality, and MPI requirements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation.

  • Support production schedules and department goals.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.
