The role
The Business Development team owns new supplier acquisition across Europe and the UK - identifying, qualifying, and converting Health & Beauty suppliers into active Qogita partners.As a Business Development Intern, your mission is to support the team in building the supplier pipeline, converting new sign-ups into active customers, and developing the core commercial skills that underpin a career in B2B sales.
What you'll do
- Acquisition: Convert new sign-ups into active customers by facilitating their first order and guiding them through the onboarding process
- Reactivation: Re-engage churned prospects to bring them back to the platform, using structured outreach and tailored follow-up
- Qualifying: Assess prospects during screening calls to determine their potential as qualified leads, applying clear criteria to prioritise pipeline
- Sales pitching: Deliver product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective suppliers, communicating Qogita's value proposition clearly and persuasively
- Follow-up and closing: Manage follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel and close deals, contributing to both individual and team targets
- CRM management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in HubSpot
What you'll bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional European language.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport with SMB suppliers
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Available for full-time, office-based hours for six months in Amsterdam
- Available to join August or September 2026
