Job Description
As a Web Technical Lead you will define the technical direction and architecture of our global web platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences. This role involves both deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive engineering standards across our web ecosystem. You will work closely with other engineers, agile teams, and stakeholders to drive continuous innovation, including the adoption of AI technologies. You should be ready to navigate complex, regulated corporate environments with a proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
What will you do in this role:
Define the technical direction and architecture of our global web platforms to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences
Drive engineering standards, architecture decisions, and technical best practices across our entire web ecosystem
Design and scale robust, secure web architectures and oversee complex CMS integrations
Explore and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI capabilities into our web platforms to enhance user experiences and streamline content workflows
Own, optimize, and manage deployment pipelines across multiple web environments
Enforce automated testing and strict enterprise security standards during the delivery lifecycle
Ensure high-quality development across the stack, acting as a technical authority for core web technologies
Navigate complex delivery cycles using Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Git)
What should you have:
Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream
3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Architect
Deep practical knowledge of enterprise Content Management Systems, ideally with hands-on experience in AEM Sites and WordPress/WPVIP
Strong proficiency in modern core web technologies and full-stack development principles
Good Cloud knowledge and proven experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud strategy
Familiarity with incorporating AI/ML services or GenAI tools into web architectures and modern development processes
Deep knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD governance for managing deployment pipelines
Understanding of modern product development principles and Agile methodologies
Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and the ability to proactively collaborate across cross-functional teams in a regulated corporate environment
