Build a Full Caseload in Manhattan. Get Paid Per Visit. No Cap.

Tired of productivity quotas that don't reflect the work you actually put in? Kins was built for PTs who want to do more — see more patients across Manhattan, earn more, and still deliver full, unrushed one-hour sessions. You set your caseload. There's no ceiling on how much you can earn — the more you build, the more you make.

Pay

  • $75–$83/hour, uncapped — income scales directly with your caseload

    • 20 visits/week = $83,600

    • 25 visits/week = $105,500

    • 30 visits/week = $125,000

  • Uncapped referral bonus: $750 for every physical therapist you refer, once they complete 30 visits with Kins
