You will play a key role in operationalizing our tracking studies and supporting research initiatives across the organization.As part of your role, you will manage the setup and execution of our main trackers in Qualtrics and collaborate with specialists on end-to-end research projects to deepen our knowledge of our customers.You will contribute to research planning, analysis, and reporting to deliver actionable insights that help guide strategic decisions.YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Ensure data quality at every stage of research projects.Support specialists with questionnaire design, programming and testingQuery databases, apply weighting and prepare crosstabs for reporting within Qualtrics platform.Track and analyze results, build reports, and generate actionable insights.Document research processes and maintain data governance standards. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Undergraduate in business, marketing, social sciences or related fieldExperience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms (asset).Comfortable working with large datasets and committed to data integrity.Experience in research and insights roles (preferred).This role requires speaking with colleagues and stakeholders within North America (English-only speakers.) Do you have other qualifications?
