Procon is seeking a Facility Condition Assessor to support a high-visibility federal program across a diverse facilities and infrastructure portfolio. This onsite role will perform facility assessments, document asset conditions and deficiencies, support lifecycle and replacement planning, and develop actionable facility data to support mission-critical projects and long-term infrastructure decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or 16 years of relevant experience without a degree.

  • Mechanical and/or electrical systems background and experience.

  • Experience conducting facility condition assessments or similar building and infrastructure evaluations.

  • Experience with CMMS or facility inventory systems, including data entry and asset management.

  • Strong understanding of CAD drawings, floor plans, and one-line diagrams.

  • Knowledge of building systems, equipment lifecycle planning, and facility deficiencies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functionally diverse teams.

  • Familiarity with ADA requirements, building codes, and facility compliance standards.

  • Experience with ARCHIBUS 23.2 or 25.3 and BUILDER (DoD or ODNI) is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of facilities, grounds, building systems, and equipment assets.

  • Photograph and document facility conditions, equipment, deficiencies, degradation, and potential compliance issues.

  • Develop detailed asset inventories, including make, model, serial number, lifecycle information, and other available equipment data.

  • Identify and document ADA and other applicable building code discrepancies.

  • Prepare detailed facility and site assessment reports documenting existing conditions and recommended improvements.

  • Calculate Plant Replacement Value (PRV) and Facility Condition Index (FCI) in accordance with applicable DoD and ODNI standards.

  • Maintain asset lifecycle and renewal data using UNIFORMAT II, Criticality Codes, and Requirements Priorities.

  • Develop and maintain prioritized project recommendations based on assessment findings and coordinate execution timelines with the Project Management Team (PMT).

  • Coordinate with PMT, data management, and knowledge management teams to maintain accurate facility and asset information within the client’s CMMS.
